  As much as I love the chain of TS, I've never had to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie like I did today.

  I had a gift card from a friend that wasn't going to cover the cost of the whole smoothie so I handed the gal a $5 bill and my gift card. The incompetent worker handed me back a gift card with $1 and change on it and used all my cash instead of using the gift card first. When I asked her to fix this, she said she couldn't. Really?! Why would you use the cash before swiping the gift card?! All after a giggling girl could hardly speak to ask my order. Lost my business.
