  Fast service. Tastes sweeter than Starbucks drinks. Slightly pricier as well. Caramel Marvel is my favorite drink here.

  The service here is not dependable. Since it's located near a college campus, many of the employees and visitors are on their phone, which makes it difficult to order. The specials are great since they come out on sundays, wednesday, and fridays, but there isn't enough notification on birthday specials and that can lead to extensive blocking inside of the store. The other issue at this location is the WiFi dependability and lack of comfortable meeting space. A few friends of mine were working on a project and they had a difficult time feeling comfortable in the hard chairs.
  
  My other concern is the amount of fruit flies that hand out behind the counter and the ice box. I hope none of them are flying into the ice and then into my drink.
  
  I'd like to see more friendly staff that stay longer so there is a more personable relationship like there was two years ago. They're on their way to improving.
