  the only good thing about my experience here this evening was the hostess. We had a party of 8. Our fist drinks took over 20 minutes to get. One of our group had a rubber band in the personal pizza. I ordered the calamari it took well over 30 minutes and when asked she said they had to wait for it to thaw out, then took another 20 minutes after that. The manager came to the table, she was very unprofessional. She brought another personal pizza to the table for the member of the party and when we said we didn't want it she said I quote. "You can take it to go, eat it or throw it on the floor, as long as I don't have to bring it back with me" absolutely rude service. Will never return. And will NEVER RECOMMEND this establishment to anyone!

  Very disappointed with restaurant management. Decided to order a burger and asked for blue cheese instead of what came with it originally. Waitress made nothing of it, and it wasn't until I received the bill was I notified I would be charged an extra dollar. Now, I couldn't care less about the $1 I was being charged, but the waitress failed to remove it from the bill, so I called for the manager. I explained that the waitress never let us know there would be an upcharge. The manager explained that it's because "blue cheese costs more". I explained to her that the cost wasn't the issue. I was upset that I was being charged extra for the waitress's mistake. The manager, of all people, told me there was nothing she could do about it. While I don't believe in the "Customer is always right" motto, I've worked in customer service long enough to know what keeps and drives away customers.
