  I go to this Starbucks because it is the closest one to me with a drive through. Let me start off by saying, the staff working the drive through always have the most upbeat and positive attitude. Alway smiling and they always ask how my day is going. They are just a breathe of fresh air. A couple months ago, I went through the drive through to order the drink I normally order...an iced hazelnut latte with soy milk. I am vegan, so I don't consume any animal products. When I got my latte, I drove off without tasting it first because I had to be at a meeting. When I eventually ended up taking a sip, something tasted off, but I figured the milk to coffee ratio was a bit off. When I looked at the receipt though, I noticed that they had used normal milk instead of soy milk. I was upset rightfully so. After my meeting (a couple hours later), I returned to Starbucks upset and explained my situation and how upset I was (thankfully I'm not allergic to dairy). They were very apologetic and empathetic and made me a new iced latte free of charge. I was then approached unexpectedly by a manager. I want to say his name was Zach. He asked me to wait there in the store for a moment. When he returned, he handed me a gift card and apologized again for the inconvenience and for what I had to go through. I'm in the hospitality industry so I understand the importance of good customer service, and this Starbucks goes above and beyond traditionally good customer service. Not only did they correct their mistake, but they also went above and beyond to make sure that I, the customer, left happy. I left very happy and glad that a negative experience was turned around. I have been back many times since and my order has not been messed up again. This Starbucks strives to do the best they can, and it shows!
