  We tried the delivery service today by ordering online. I placed my order with ease but then realized when I received my email confirmation that for whatever reason it had order a large mac n cheese 2 times. I called right away to inform them of the mix up. The gal who took my call was very nice but she was unsure how to handle the situation so she asked me to hold while she asked her manager. In the background I hear the "manager" question my intelligence and rudely ask why I didn't check my order when it was placed?!? Even the employee on the phone apologized for his actions and even made our delivery herself to apologize. In speaking with her at the door it seems like this "manager" needs an awakening... she says she's seen fellow employees cry because of how he treats them! On a side note, eating at the restaurant gets you more quantity of food then delivery does yet your paying more for delivery!! If your gonna pass out smaller portions then reduce the price! I'm still waiting to see what my credit card is charged for today's transaction... he says he'd be removing that extra order of mac and cheese... we shall see!
